How It Works

Get In Touch
Call your nearest Leon Baker store to discuss your idea and arrange an appointment. Custom design consultations are by phone only — no online booking.

Design Consultation
Sit down with one of our designers in-store. We'll discuss your vision, preferred metals, stone choices, and budget. Bring inspiration images if you have them.

Design & Approval
Our team creates detailed drawings or CAD renders for your approval before any work begins. You'll have the chance to refine the design until it's exactly right.

Crafted For You
Once approved, your piece is handcrafted in our workshop. We keep you updated throughout. Final pieces are set, finished, and quality checked before collection.
What To Know
Appointments by phone only
We don't offer online booking for custom work. Call the store nearest to you during business hours to arrange a consultation.
Custom design only
Our appointment service is specifically for bespoke, custom-designed pieces. For repairs, sizing, or valuations, you're welcome to walk in at any store.
Your materials welcome
We work with your own gold, diamonds, and gemstones as well as materials sourced from our collection. Bring heirlooms or existing pieces for redesign.
