Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • If the item is located at another store, please allow additional time for internal transfer.

  • Updates regarding your order will be sent via email, the Shop App, or text message (if you have opted in).

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

  • You can track your order via the Shop App or the Australia Post website.

Delays, Loss, or Theft

  • Leon Baker Jewellers is not liable once Australia Post has taken possession of your order.

  • If your order has not arrived, please contact us after:

    • 14 days (domestic orders), or

    • 30 days (international orders).

  • We will assist in tracking your order or filing a claim with the carrier.

Wrong Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of purchase.

  • Re-delivery fees apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

  • Leon Baker Jewellers is not liable for deliveries made to the wrong address due to customer error.

In-Store Pickup (All Locations)

  • Available for pickup at Geraldton, Busselton, or Merredin stores.

  • Orders are ready within 1–4 business hours.

  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

  • Orders may be collected during regular store trading hours.
