Watch Servicing
From quick battery replacements to full mechanical overhauls — our team services most major brands with the care and precision they deserve.
Battery Replacement
Most battery replacements are completed same-day, often while you wait. We stock batteries for a wide range of quartz movements and test the watch after fitting.
Same day or within 24 hrs
Band Adjustments & Replacement
Resizing metal bracelets, replacing leather or rubber straps, and fitting new clasps. We carry a range of replacement bands and can order in specific styles.
Same day for standard adjustments
Mechanical Servicing
Full service for automatic and manual wind movements — disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, timing adjustment, and reassembly. Complex movements may be sent to an authorised service centre.
Typically 4–8 weeks
Pressure & Water Resistance Testing
We offer two levels of pressure testing. A1 is the industry-standard test up to 5 bar — suitable for most dress and everyday watches. A2 is a multi-level pressure test from 3 up to 10 bar — recommended for dive watches and higher-rated pieces. Both include gasket inspection.
A1 — $75 | A2 — $125
Crystal Replacement
Scratched or cracked glass or sapphire crystals replaced. We source genuine crystals for many popular models. Where originals are unavailable, quality equivalents are fitted.
1–2 weeks depending on parts
Polishing & Refinishing
Case and bracelet polishing to restore the original finish — brushed, polished, or combination. We treat every piece carefully to preserve original lines and angles.
Standalone or part of full service
Transparent pricing — no hidden fees. All prices include GST.
Prices vary based on watch brand, movement complexity, and parts required. We'll always provide a quote before starting work.
Do you service brands you didn't sell?
Yes. We service most major watch brands regardless of where they were purchased. Bring your watch in and we'll assess it free of charge before advising on the best course of action.
What if my watch needs specialist repair?
Most repairs are carried out in-store. For complex mechanical movements or brand-specific servicing that requires specialist tools or parts, we send the watch to an authorised service centre and keep you informed throughout.
How long does a mechanical service take?
Turnaround varies depending on the movement. Standard mechanical services take 4–8 weeks. If the watch is sent away to an authorised centre, it may take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe at drop-off.
Should I service my watch if it's still running?
Yes, preventative servicing extends the life of your movement. Lubricants dry out over time even when a watch is running accurately. Most manufacturers recommend a service every 3–5 years for mechanical watches.
